Pulled 10 table runners off the loom and finished tying the fringe last night.
Think there is probably warp for about another 10 still on the loom.
I've got red reds, Christmas reds, rusts, maroons, etc.
Having fun with these :)
Been busy with work and helping at a bull sale and keeping track of the new store.
First two weeks have been FABULOUS!
These runners will get to 'Zinnias', hopefully by this weekend.
Facebook their site if you wish. Probably the easiest would be to go to my page and follow the link there.
You'll find the linky from here, over there ----->

We came through...
It was a hummer of a storm.
I think the final snow total here was in the 16+ inch range. A little hard to measure as the wind was up to 40mph over the night.
The snow is heavy and sticky~ I'm almost glad I don't have the snowblower operational, because then I would be still out there killing myself :)
The neighbor was here with his truck and blade at 5 AM.
He missed a little. Half on the drive, half on the lawn. At least I can get out, not complaining!
I didn't have to go in to work today, they actually shut down the plant. Not sure if I'll have to use a vacation day or not, but I ended up having a 4 day weekend. How did that happen? I sure as heck didn't plan it!
I've been weaving. Moving between table runners on the blue Union Special, denim and blues rugs on the Union downstairs, and messing with the Newcomb Studio focusing on getting some of the chenille bedspreads woven up. I still don't have a good shed with that one. Thought I had something with one adjustment, but then it affected it in another spot. I'll keep plugging away on it little by little. I believe it would be easier if I had someone else here to push pedals so I could watch what was happening!
I even had an urge to get the Structo out and warp it for a scarf, but I didn't get that far.
Gonna leave ya with some snow pictures. I am fascinated with the wind sculptures, the photos do not do them justice.
My back yard.
I got to clear snow from the heat pump and the window. Shovel, shovel, shovel!
You can see the snow level here that was then scoured away when the wind picked up. I didn't have to shovel my front walk at all, there is a lot of grass showing, and bare spots where the wind cleaned the snow away.
I did have to shovel just a little by my back door, tho :)

Not me ;)
This is not me!
Neighbor (man, LOL) decided to see what the roads were like.
I got to help him dig out. He was in my front yard, basically!
Don't think I'll make it to work by 5 AM tomorrow morning~
It's just getting started.
The wind is picking up and the snow is getting heavier.
BTW, that's a full size 4 wheel drive pickup up...

Red Red Red
Just starting weaving reds today.
This is the second runner on the way to many red type runners!
I could say I'm on this color in honor of Valentines Day...
But I'd have to say it's Singles Awareness Day instead! LOL

A 'buttload' of snow
Yes, that is what our tv weatherman said in his weather blog....
Guess where I live?
Yup, I'm purple!
I'm at home this Friday instead of at work. Why you ask?
MENTAL HEALTH DAY
By 6 AM yesterday, I knew I needed a day away from the workplace or I was gonna kill someone. Or at least say some things I really didn't need to be saying :)
So today I slept in til 10. Ya I know, right! Amazing!
On the docket for this weekend is a final push to get ready for the opening of the new store. Thank goodness all I have to do is get my items and biz cards and other small details taken care of. I don't have to worry about the actual store.
I'm doing some laundry and other things around the house. Went to the grocery store last night, so I'm good there. Hoping to get the neighbor over here to get a bale or two out for the girls, but haven't heard back yet. They aren't totally out, so if he's not available, they will survive.
Anyhoo. I better get busy on my extra long list of itty bitty things I need to get done.

Time for a new warp!
Last night I finished up the last of the runner warp on the old blue Union.
I've been pleasantly surprised at how this new to me old loom is working.
I'm going to need to do a little tightening of bolts, and I must do some altering on the apron before i get another warp for runners put on.
Even tho the loom in the living room makes things a bit tight, I was right that I'm more likely to sit and weave for a while in the evenings when I don't have to go down to the unfinished lower level amongst the chaos :)
Doesn't mean I can ignore the looms down there, tho! Hoping to get down there some tomorrow. No overtime this Saturday-- not sure if that's good or bad... LOL
